Theresa Gill

I am Theresa and I am a Supervisor at 'Autism Support UK' My role involves collaborating with the children’s parents, conducting assessments, writing each child’s Personal Intervention Plans (PIPs) across 5 main areas of Communication, Play, Learning to Learn, Social Skills and Barriers to Learning. I provide support & supervise room leads, assistants & trainee tutors, while working with the children to help maximize each of their progress i also check and review data that tracks each child's learning journey. I compile final reports to summarize each child’s gains

I became a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst(BCBA) in November 2015. I have over 2 years experience of working within Early Intensive Behaviour Intervention (EIBI) domain, and am currently working as a Supervisor on Early Intensive Behavioural Intervention (EIBI) programs.

I have over 15 years experience of working with children who have had a wide range of complex needs. Over 5 years of which has been working within Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) across the Challenging Behaviour, Positive Behaviour Support and EIBI domains. I currently work as a Consultant on Challenging Behaviour cases along side my EIBI Supervisor roles

This will be the 3rd in-take at ASUK, and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I am hardworking and have unwavering passion and enthusiasm for ABA, and it’s effectiveness for creating positive changes in people’s lives. It is exceptionally rewarding and an honour to be involved with ASUK playing an active role in beneficially impacting upon the children's learning journeys. The progress achieved by the children, and the delights experienced by the staff who have actively contributed to these gains are nothing short of absolutely wonderful!
